THE FINE PRINT, KEPT SHORT
A starting point
for a quiet spot.
damnrooms finds gaps between classes in NYU’s public Computer Science schedule. A gap means no CS class is listed. It does not confirm that a room is empty, unlocked, quiet, or available for individual study.
What’s included
Results show a typical Monday–Friday pattern for Fall 2026, in New York time. They include a 10-minute buffer before and after listed classes. The 8am–10pm search window is not a building’s opening schedule.
What’s missing
Classes from other departments, events, exams, holidays, makeup days, building hours, and access rules. Check the posted room schedule before settling in, and leave when a class or reservation starts.
